What happens if my license expires?
You have a 14-day grace period to renew. After that, all Ascend features will be disabled until you renew your license.
Can I transfer my license to a different domain?
Yes. Contact support and we will issue you a new license key for your new domain at no charge.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes. Educational institutions receive 10% off. Contact us with your .edu email for a discount code. This does not apply to specials or discounts already running.
